red camillas

This episode is full of attempts at pulling tears from the audience.. but since im 20 and its a cartoon, it was one of the least entertaining episodes ive seen. Guren gets stabbed by Ringi so Yakimaru would save her from the Three tails because she can no longer fend for herself at all... He does demonstrate some intense power, but reached his limit and Orochimaru realizes that he is just a kid and needs to learn to control his power before he can be a truelly valuable asset. Guren had used life points in unison with Naruto to kill the beast, but all they managed to do was piss it off even more. The evil third party is freaking out because he cannot find his partner to help him with all of this, so he just runs off to fill his partner in. At the last second the Three tails shoots a water blast and Ringi gets hit full on, hope hes dead. Yakimaru's camilla hasnt turned red quite yet, but I'm sure Guren gets killed off unfortuneately, especially since she used her life points (or her her spirit turned into engery) to try to kill the three tails... though it was impresive, it failed.

Things go to hell

So Guren escapes n regains a little chakra back to just function. Kabuto's shisty self tells her that there is another way besides using drugs to force Yakumaru to use his hidden power to control the three tails. She ends up taking orders from Rinji to attack the barrier team and she does with full force... she has little chakra and manages to mess them all up using small jutsus... shes so good. They end up releasing the three tails and Guren is in huge trouble at this point because she is week and has a huge, powerful beast she is supposed to contain. What she doesnt know is that her purpose was to build a relationship with Yakimaru so that when she is facing fatal peril, he will unleash all his power in an attempt to save her... he does in this episode just enough to save her. But now the leaf villiage has switched their objective from the three tails to getting Yakimaru to safety... since he is an innocent boy. Guren in torn inside because she has grown to love this kid, but secretly killed his mother unknowingly when she was a teenager.

Guren's escape

In this episode... Guren loses a battle!!! Im pissed. The insect user ended up overcoming her right as she was about to strike kakashi dead... which woulda been bad since he is one of my favorite characters. The insects would be trapped in her crystals for maybe a second and break through. Lee and trenton were doing the best they could to fight on ringi.. which they did but there is a lurking third party out in the woods watching all of this. The big oger in love with guren ended up saving her at the last second before the insects got to her... he is a powerful earth style user who did battle with the ink user... he ended up escaping just in time to save guren just like the insect user saved kakashi. It looks like the leaf villiage might be able to lock the three tails away at this point, but i bet a million that he gets out...

The battle begins

The leaf village has divided themselves up into three teams. Kakashi, Naruto, ex Ambu swat, and the insect user are all preparing to fight Guren relying on the insect user's insect jutsu that have built up the ability to become immune to Guren's crystal style. Lee, Tenton, Kiba, and Yaamuto (the leaf shinnobi) are to protect the third team of Ino, Sakura, some female shinnobi, and the female Bakugon user who are performing and intense four corner barrier jutso. That jutso is to forever capture and lock away the three tails so that no one can use it. The battle against Guren's henchman was pathetic, without their bat leader, they lost immediatley against Lee. They then rushed to protect the barrier team. Guren continues to womp on Naruto and Kakashi, but she doesn't know that the insect master is builing his chakra to unleash his new insects.

101/102... three way fight for Yaamuto

After Naruto witnessed the events in the lake with the three-tails, he slowly started to realize that the advice he gave Yaamuto ("Home is where someone is thinking about you") was a mistake. He realized that Yaamuto thought Guren was the one thinking about him. Guren has obvious feelings of care for Yaamuto, but Naruto doesn't know this... all he knows ith that Guren serves the Leaf Village's enemy Orochimaru. Kabuto (Orochimaru's number 1 servent) and Guren (Oroch.'s 2nd) have obvious conflict in these episodes. Kabuto is only worried about Yaamuto's ability to control the three tails, and Guren is worried for his safety. Guren also has conflict with what is right. She wants to be Orichimaru's new vessel, or body, but cares for Yaamuto, and feels like she is being used because she is currently the most powerful ninja on the Sound side right now. I think she will sacrafice her life for Yaamuto, unfortuneately, but it would be cool if she were to turn to the Leaf Village and become an ally. The Leaf ninja are preparing to battle with Guren and her team (who is led by someone plotting to betray her) which will be the main focus of the next episode. Should be a good fight!

Guren Shows Her Heart

This episode was one of my favorites so far. We finally get to see what the Three Tailed Beast looks like. Its a big ugly turtle with three tails. What I cannot really piece together is whether this tailed beast has any relation to Naruto's inner beast the Nine Tailed Fox. Yaamato finally summoned the beast out of the water into the center of the the crysatls made by Guren but lost control. Apparently Guren's whole reason for being there was to protect Yaamato and contain the beast if things went wrong, which of coarse did. Guren shows off her crystal style once more and I was very impressed along with her college the medical ninja. Naruto witnesses this all and completes his mission of learning about what is happening in the lake. The other Leaf Villiage ninjas were attempting to find Guren's lackies for more information, but the lackies knew they were being tracked and bought time from Guren to return. What they didn't know was Guren had been nearly killed and was slowly being nursed back to health by Yaamato at the end of the episode. I really have no predictions about what is about to happen, things are in a resolution stage right now, but I'm sure things will pick back up in a few episodes. See you all soon!!!

98... Guren is too fly

In this episode, a small battle breaks out between Guren and the group of hidden leaf ninjas. Hinata is still a hostage at this point, but later saved my narutos summoned frog ally. Guren demonstrates her power when she turns Naruto's new water pistol jutso against him. She stops the water blast with one hand and turns it all into a pink crystal shard dragon that she uses to increase her mobility. They Hidden Leaf ninjas strategically save Hinata and flee when they realize they have no chance agains Guren and her unique jutso. Kakashi's Sharingon doesn't even work against her power. Kabuto makes an eery appearance in this episode to forshadow the awakening of the three tailed beast in the foggy lake. Yaamatu had to take this medicine which releases his hidden power to summon the beast. Orochimaru had made a comment to Guren previous to her mission which said that she was the only one who could do it. This is where that comes into place. She created a hexagon of giant crystal pillars around the area in the pond where the beast is to be summoned. Is this beast a relative of the nine-tailed fox? If so... o shit.

97... the crystal barrier

So it seems that in the past three episodes, they have been trying to set up for this grand battle against Guren the Crystal Master. In this episode, not alot happens except for Guren sets up her crystat barrier trap that Naruto manages to break thru with his new water pistol jutso. Guren also shows some of her skills by demonstrating her different jutso techniques using the crystal jutso. She is quickly becoming more and more of a badass villin, who I see quite possibly becoming good with the help of little Yamato. Hinata's stupid, weak self of coarse becomes the hostage in this battle, but will eventually be rescued. I wouldn't mind if she was killed off. I can't stand her weak little voice and her equally weak techniqes. What a worthless ninja. On a side note, the Leaf villiage is quickly learning about the crystal jutso with the study of Shino's insects. This may be imparative to the success of the mission... see ya'll lata!!

Episode 96... Hinata's pathetic fight.

Ok... so I know that the back-up team is made up of third rate genine ninja, Hinata and Akamaru for real disappoint me with their weakness in this episode. I thought that since they have aged so much from the regular Naurto series that they would have demonstrated new jutsu and show alot of improvement, but that is not the case. Hinata's weakness is unbearable. She is trapped in the fog of her opponents who are just sub characters and have no real talent. She uses her Bakugon (special way to see using justsu) to fight her rubbery opponent, whithin five minutes she needs help from Kiba and his dog Akamaur. Of coarse he comes to the rescue. The only 2 suprising parts about this whole epsisode was that Kikashi could barely hold his own against the muscle expanding bandit and that the enemies fled because they were surrounded by the new breed of incects. Personally, i hate the back-up team and i hope that Guren messes 'em all up next episode, except for Kakashi (he's the only one worth something).

Finish the Training and Go!!

The Hidden Leaf Village has been trying to hide the most recent mission to find Orochimaru from Naruto in fear that Naruto will use his newest and most dangerous wind jutsu. Jaraiya knew that Naruto would eventually become involved so Jaraiya sent out a message to Hokage Tsunade telling her that his involvement would be inevitable. Of coarse Naruto did find out about the mission and is determined to learn a his new jutsu (wind water combo with the toads). While his team who is playing back up to the reconnaissance team already on the mission is waiting on him to quickly master his new jutso, the current reconnaissance team is in need for more time for the bug master to use his powers to create more of the new species of insects that are immune to Guren's powerful and mysterious crystal shard jutsu. I predict that the next episode will be the beginning of a crazy battle between Guren and the 8 Leaf village ninja. I personally like Guren and hope that she doesn't die in this battle despite the obvious foreshadow of her death by her boy companion. Good luck Guren! ( I always root for the bad guys!! lol)

Guren's Mission

As our team of heroes continue to search for Orochimaru and Saske, Orochimaru presses on with his ultimate goal of immortality. Although nothing is yet clear about Guren's roll in Orochimaru's plan, she is a definate factor in the success of the mission. Orochimaru believes that "combining chakra" (energy) with a young boy named Yamato that apparently possess great power. This episode focuses on the relationship between Yamato and Guren. Guren shows that she does have a heart despite her being on the side of pure evil. She cares for Yamato while he gets sick traveling to their unknown destination. At this point, I know that Guren's crystal jutsu and Yamato's secret jutsu are going to combine and probably make a new weapon that Orochimaru can use to his benefit in his reincarnation. During this bonding experience between Guren and Yamato, Naruto is trying to master a new, powerful jutsu in combination with the toads help. He thought he was going to use a water style jutsu from the frog in combination with his wind style jutsu to create a similar jutso to Jaraiya's water/wind jutsu, but the frog cant' do water jutsu! But we all know Naruto will pull it together and use this jutsu to defeat Orochimaru's Guren/Yamato weapon.

You either have it in you to be a ninja or you don't. This blog is to discuss with all my fellow ninjas a wide range of subjects involving the Leaf Village's hardships and triumphs. The title of this anime is Naruto Shippuden, yet the anime has many more characters who are just as important as the headstrong Naruto as well. For people who have never seen Naruto (an anime preceding Naruto Shippuden) or Naruto Shippuden I will briefly summarize the plot of the storyline. Naruto is a very stubborn, slow learning ninja of the leaf village who eventually uses his diligent spirit to overcome challenges including the Genine Exams which is an exam to weed out the strong from the weak. Naruto continues his journey to become the 4th Hokage (the leader) of the leave village in Naruto Shippuden as a young adult.
